Service Agreement & Work Authorization
Bright Home Service — A brand of Bright Infinity LLC

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Bright Home Service, a brand of Bright Infinity LLC ("Bright Home Service," "we," "us," or "our"), and the customer identified in the applicable estimate, booking, invoice, or work order ("Customer," "you," or "your").
This Agreement describes the services to be provided, pricing, customer responsibilities, and applicable service terms.

2. Scope of Work
Bright Home Service agrees to provide the following services:
The scope of work is limited to the services specifically described above or in the applicable written estimate.
Additional work requested by the Customer may require additional charges and, where applicable, a written change order or authorization.
3. Products and Materials
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Customer is responsible for providing the furniture, equipment, fixtures, products, and manufacturer-supplied components to be assembled or installed.
Customer-provided products should be:
- Available at the service location;
- Complete and undamaged;
- Appropriate for the intended installation;
- Accompanied by available manufacturer instructions and hardware.
Bright Home Service is not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing parts, incorrect products, or damage that existed before our arrival.

The final amount may differ if the scope of work changes or additional services are requested and authorized.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate information about the project.
- Provide access to the property and work area.
- Provide a reasonably safe working environment.
- Keep children and pets away from the work area.
- Inform Bright Home Service of known hazards or unusual property conditions.
- Obtain any required landlord, HOA, property-owner, or other approvals.
- Ensure that customer-provided products and components are available when service begins.
6. Existing Conditions
The Customer understands that walls, floors, furniture, fixtures, and other property may have pre-existing damage or hidden conditions.
Bright Home Service will use reasonable care when performing services but cannot be responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, structural weaknesses, concealed utilities, defective products, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began.
7. Installation and Mounting
For mounting or installation services, the Customer acknowledges that walls and other surfaces may contain concealed:
- Electrical wiring
- Plumbing
- HVAC components
- Structural elements
- Other utilities
The Customer should provide any information known about concealed utilities or previous repairs.
The Customer will be asked to approve the general installation location when appropriate.
8. Additional Work
If conditions require additional work beyond the original scope, Bright Home Service will communicate the additional work and applicable price before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
Customer authorization may be obtained by written approval, electronic communication, or other legally valid means.
9. Completion and Inspection
Upon completion of the agreed work, the Customer should inspect the assembled or installed item.
The Customer should promptly notify Bright Home Service of any concerns regarding the completed work.
10. Payment
Payment is due according to the estimate, invoice, booking confirmation, or other written payment terms provided to the Customer.

Any deposit, progress payment, or final payment will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
11. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fee will be disclosed to the Customer before or at the time the appointment is confirmed.

12. Customer Authorization
By signing below or electronically accepting this Agreement, the Customer confirms that:
- The scope of work has been reviewed;
- The Customer understands the estimated price;
- The Customer has disclosed known conditions relevant to the work;
- The Customer understands that additional work may result in additional charges;
- The Customer authorizes Bright Home Service to perform the agreed services.
